The Hostile Environment Close Protection (HECPO) course is an advanced training program designed for security professionals operating in high-risk environments. It covers critical subjects such as risk management, advanced close protection techniques, tactical driving, trauma medical care, weapons handling, surveillance, and emergency response procedures. These intensive courses, often spanning several weeks, equip participants to handle real-world scenarios in volatile regions through hands-on exercises and realistic simulations. This program is specifically tailored for individuals who have already completed standard close protection training. Its purpose is to elevate conventional close protection skills to the next level, enabling participants to operate safely and effectively in some of the most challenging environments worldwide. The HECPO course addresses training gaps not covered in the standard Close Protection Course. These include weapons training, mine awareness, tactical movements with firearms on foot and in vehicles, extractions under fire, walking drills, and anti-ambush vehicle maneuvers.
